VICTORIA TETRA SOCIETY





Tetra is a non profit society that unites volunteers who have technical skills to
develop customized assistive devices for people with disabilities.To help them
establish a more independent and fuller life



how tetra works...

1. Monthly meetings .Technical volunteers agree to attend monthly meetings to discuss projects with colleagues and Chapter Coordinator

2. Working on a project,the volunteer works with the tetra member to understand requirements of the individual,then creates an estimate for supply cost and time line of completion.

3. Project wrap-up, volunteers are asked to document the project so that other Tetra members may benefit from our collective knowledge.

what will it cost you?...

A client pays a one time $10.00 lifetime membership fee plus the Tetra volunteers mileage and material costs for the project(s)


how it all began...

Tetra was formed in 1987 by a small group with significant disabilities.
Tetra operated as a self-help group evolving into an international group, together creating assistive devices for Tetra members
